Do we have to hire vendors from your preferred vendor list? 

Booking vendors from our preferred vendor list is required because it ensures that you receive high-quality services from trusted and reliable professionals, while maintaining the quality and condition of the home. These vendors have been vetted and approved by our team, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your event will be in good hands. 

Can you create a small, intimate setting at your venue?

While Seaclusion is a home with expansive living and porch space, it would also be a wonderful setting for an intimate event with family and friends. Relax in one of the two living rooms, enjoy a meal around the dining room table, or host a happy hour at the welcoming kitchen island. No matter what size or type of event, Seaclusion is the place to be! 

Can we rent Seaclusion for an event, but not stay the night?

At this time, a nightly rental of Seclusion is required to host an event at the home. 

Can we use the open lot beside the house for our event?

Absolutely! The yard next to Seaclusion is a part of the Seaclusion property and as long as the event fee is paid, can be used to help host your event. For more information on event spaces, contact us today. 

How many people can I host for an indoor event and for an outdoor event?

Indoor events of up to 50 people are permitted at Seaclusion. For indoor/outdoor events (that utilize the indoor space and pool deck space) allow up to 75 guests. Outdoor events (that utilize the yard beside Seaclusion and the pool deck space allow up to 100 guests.
