Jeff & LeAnne Crouch are lifelong residents of the Oak Island/Southport area, and they have raised their family here. They have had countless celebrations, including weddings, family reunions, birthdays, and baby showers and wanted to combine their passion for gathering together with family and friends with building beautiful, island homes. Jeff had a vision of a spacious vacation rental that feels like home with room for the whole family, and in 2024 that vision came to life when he built Seaclusion.
Jeff and LeAnne are the epitome of what Oak Island embodies- laid back living and southern charm. They can't wait for your family to make memories at Seaclusion, their premiere Oak Island vacation home!
